We Hold all birds until we feel they are ready to sell.
This is being done in an effort to give these little babies time to rest before travelling to their new homes. Travelling is stressful and we want your birds to have the best chance at living long, healthy lives.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!!
All chicks are 90%+ sexed pullets (female) unless otherwise noted as Unsexed/Straight Run
All chicks are sold First come, first serve.
No Holds or Pre-Pays on live animals. Sorry.
We will give numbers if needed, as chick customers arrive.
**We do recommend that if you arrive at the store before business hours and/or Staff arrives on days Chicks go up for sale... feel free to start forming a line at the door, to ensure you get the number in which you arrived!!!
We understand many were frustrated by long lines last year and some felt they lost their real place in line, due to others whom arrived later!
Come prepared with chairs or even umbrellas(on rainy days). Also have some one with you who can make coffee/hot chocolate/food runs for you, while you wait in line :) **
Please understand that NOT every breed ordered/listed will arrive as planned. Many times this is out of everyone's control.
Chick Supply MUST-HAVES
- Chick Grit
- Electrolytes ( first 3 days at home)
- Probiotics ( first 3 days at home)
- Starter Feed (Medicated, Non-Medicated, & Organic available)
- Brooder Lamp & Bulb ( Heat Source)
- Shavings
- Feeder
- Waterer
There is still a 6 chick minimum on chickens (mix & match your 6).
Even if you have bought chicks from us in previous years
After your first 6 chicks, there is no minimum for add-on chicks later in the chick season.
You MUST MEET other minimums on other birds.
4 minimum on Ducklings, Turkeys, and Guineafowl
We encourage our customers to buy their feed, grit, electrolytes, probiotics, and any other chick essentials you may need before Saturdays, this will make getting your babies home faster!
