See below for rules & procedures for pre-ordering chicks 2023! Please read ENTIRE post before contacting to order! 
Weekly chick orders will be posted to this page as soon as available. 
Please email with your name, phone number, and chick order, or message us on Facebook. To reduce waits and hold times, customers will be contacted by our staff to prepay over the phone. Please know what date you are ordering for and how many chicks you would like (and some back ups in case a breed you want is sold out!). We will update sold out breeds on original post as quickly as possible. 
Call backs for pre-order will occur between 9-3 M-F, no one will be contacted on weekends or after business hours. 
Customers will choose their pick-up time during ordering. PLEASE BE AVAILABLE DURING YOUR SELECTED TIME for 2 days in the event an order is delayed. It is important not to arrive early for your pick up as our parking lot is much smaller, and we need to respect our neighbors! Do NOT block traffic, do NOT park in funeral home parking. We are not responsible for vehicles being towed! Posts with breeds on order for the first 2 pick up dates to follow.
Important things to remember: 1. ALL SALES FINAL on live birds. Refunds for prepaid orders will only be given in the event of order shortages or deaths in transit to 360.
2. Do NOT arrive more than 10 minutes before your scheduled pick up time. Our location does not have enough parking for everyone, please be respectful of our neighboring businesses. Do not block traffic!
3. Chick selection for prepaid orders will be on a first come first served basis, earlier time slots will have more birds to choose from.
4. Minimum 4, NO EXCEPTIONS.
5. Please shop for supplies BEFORE picking up chicks. This reduces wait time & stress on birds, and allows you to get home with your chicks as soon as possible! (See list of recommended supplies.)
6. Please bring your own box or container!
